Most investigations start with a reader saying "does this seem right to you?" If a supplement brand's billing, claims or policies smell off, we want to hear about it. Useful tips include specifics: the product name, the URL, screenshots of what you were charged or promised. Anonymous tips are fine — see our privacy note on source protection.

Corrections

We name brands and quote documents, so getting facts right matters. If a report contains an error, email us with the page and the correct information, and we will verify and amend with a visible correction note.

Brands' right of reply

Companies covered in an investigation may respond at the same address. Substantive responses are published alongside the relevant findings.
